Full Time Superstar Salesperson Required...
The Role...
We already have a great business, but we are now looking to achieve very big things in 2022 and beyond so we are looking for a super keen superstar salesperson to help us achieve our goals and plans for 2022 and beyond.
You will need to be a confident, creative, well spoken, bubbly self starter, who enjoys engaging with and getting to know people over the telephone Zoom and face to face. You will have great attention to detail, you’ll be organised and up for a fun challenge. You will also be required to meet and exceed set sales targets consistently, keep a database up to date and be happy working under your own initiative once settled.
The great news is that you really don’t need any digital marketing or web design experience as we’ll provide full training for you. All you need to do is have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and be very determined to succeed.
You will be:
A confident self-starter
An excellent communicator
Be highly organised
Have an ambition to be successful
Be well-presented and well spoken
Be confident managing and updating a diary / CRM system
Have experience in direct Telephone and Face to Face selling
Have a “strong can do” attitude
Have a strong customer focused background
Be capable of meeting and exceeding set targets consistently
Be a sensible driver with full clean manual UK driving licence
Salary: £15,000 basic - OTE £30,000 + PA (uncapped)

Part Time Telesales Person Required...
The Role...
You will need to be a confident, creative, well-spoken bubbly self-starter, who enjoys engaging with and getting to know people over the telephone. You will have great attention to detail, you’ll be organised and up for a fun challenge. You will also be required to meet and exceed set targets consistently, keep a database up to date and be happy working under your own initiative once settled.
The great news is that you really don’t need any digital marketing or web design experience as we’ll provide full training for you. All you need to do is have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and be determined to succeed. This position is initially part time, 10 hours per week split over 2 days (days flexible and TBC). The starting salary is £10 per hour with a very generous bonus structure for each completed sale achieved.
This role is initially for a telesales position but for the right person there is a great opportunity to have a more active full time role within our company as we grow. Our aim is to train the right person to become a full-time sales consultant within our business, who can project manage the whole sales process.

Once designed our clients also receive on-going support from their local consultant (based in Colchester & Ipswich) and typically clients will receive a follow up call every 2 - 3 months.
