You will also be required to update clients via email if we have not been able to speak with them and respond if there are issues or feedback. Therefore, a good command of English and the written word is essential.
You will also be required to update and maintain our client database (currently Pipedrive) with new activities and to set future tasks to follow up. Pipdrive training given but experience with CRM systems is preferred.
You will be required to make amendments to client’s websites on request, via email or telephone and confirm when done (full training will be given) You will be required to learn this system quickly and be able to implement amendments accurately with an eye on maintaining quality.
