Most people are in a hurry and don’t want to work for the information they are looking for. As a rule, men will click off in 3 seconds and women in 5 if they can't find the information they want. 

 

Your main category headings should be visible on every page, so the user can get back to your homepage or over to your contact page easily. Also make sure all your information is within 2-3 clicks of your homepage.
