With big plans for 2019, it'seeze Colchester are looking for a charming, confident, enthusiastic, part-time Office Administrator to help us make it happen! Past experience is not necessarily a pre-requisite, but a positive attitude is essential. 
You'll be required to follow up with our clients on the telephone to make sure they are happy with their website and the services we are providing for them. 
You'll review clients websites and make basic website edits and updates as required (full training given) This role also includes creating invoices for extra time spent working on clients websites and making sure payments are received. 
You will need to be well spoken, very confident with speaking to people on the telephone, good at building relationships and be able to manage and update our clients records accurately. Good English and spelling is also very important for this position. 
Please note this position is part-time currently. You'll be required to work from 9:30am - 2:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays. For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to increase the hours worked and responsibilities as the business develops.
