The Essex Care Group, our client and our business neighbours at North Colchester Business Centre were in the local press this week. The Essex Care Group were awarded a good rating by the Care Quality Commission. Well done to them, what a fantastic result.
The Essex Care Group is family run and they provide help and support to people in their own homes. Their care workers were praised by the inspector for helping people to feel safe and they give their clients total confidence in their abilities as carers.
The report really shone on the kindness that staff showed to those in their care and how they really listened to peoples needs to give them independence.
It is great to celebrate the success of local businesses and to recognise genuine hard work. Well done to The Essex Care Group.
