Google My Business Update

You may have noticed that there have been some changes to the way Google My Business operates recently. Due to the ongoing crisis, Google My Business is operating with a limited team, and as such normal functionality is currently restricted for all but essential features.
At this point in time, users are unable to add Q&As to their profiles, and new customer reviews and photos are not being accepted. There is also likely to be a delay in the publishing of any edits made to the business information section, and also the setting live of newly verified listings. These restrictions are only temporary, and should be lifted over the coming weeks – for example, new business posts and review replies are two features which have recently been made available again.
