Following the latest guidance concerning the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to carry out all local office operations remotely from Tuesday 18th March. All of the staff at our Colchester & Ipswich support hubs will now be working from home until further notice in order to limit any possible impact of the virus.
Please rest assured that we have contingency plans and the technology in place to ensure that remote working such as this causes little to no disruption to our usual working practices. In the past, such measures have been implemented during times of bad weather, with very little interference to our high levels of customer service.

We are confident that this will have very little impact on our ability to support you with any queries relating to your website, email, monthly subscription, etc. as you will still be able to contact the team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by submitting a ticket through our Online Support Centre.
